Alors la meilleure fa\u00e7on de consommer les plantes ci-haut pour leur contenu en inuline est d\u2019en faire une d\u00e9coction. La d\u00e9coction se pr\u00e9pare en bouillant la plante dans l&rsquo;eau pendant 15-20 min et en laissant infuser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature agr\u00e9able pour la consommation. Pour les l\u00e9gumes, on prendra soin de consommer l\u2019eau de cuisson ou de les cuire en sauce. L\u2019inuline est tr\u00e8s stable \u00e0 la chaleur, elle ne se d\u00e9grade pas apr\u00e8s 55 min \u00e0 100\u00b0C si le pH de la pr\u00e9paration se situe entre 5 et 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les solvants traditionnels utilis\u00e9s en herboristerie, l\u2019alcool fait pr\u00e9cipiter la majorit\u00e9 de l\u2019inuline lorsque le pourcentage d\u00e9passe 20%, ce ne sera pas une bonne option pour l\u2019extraire et la conserver. Et comme l\u2019inuline n\u2019est pas stable en milieu acide, le vinaigre n\u2019est pas non plus le meilleur solvant pour l\u2019extraire. En ce qui concerne la glyc\u00e9rine, elle fera pr\u00e9cipiter l\u2019inuline \u00e9galement et celle-ci se retrouvera au fond du bocal de mac\u00e9ration. De plus, la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019inuline dans les mac\u00e9rations aura t\u00f4t fait d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement des bact\u00e9ries et de moisissures. En fin de compte, les concentr\u00e9s liquides ne sont pas la meilleure fa\u00e7on de consommer de l\u2019inuline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019inuline purifi\u00e9e vendue dans les magasins d\u2019aliments naturels est extraite dans l\u2019eau chaude, purifi\u00e9e et ensuite \u00e9vapor\u00e9e \u00e0 sec. Elle est ainsi consomm\u00e9e sous forme de poudre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;inuline, fibre et pr\u00e9biotique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019inuline est une fibre alimentaire soluble, lorsqu\u2019on la m\u00e9lange \u00e0 l\u2019eau, elle donne un aspect visqueux et ne forme pas de grumeaux.
