Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui fait que l&rsquo;une se solubilise dans l&rsquo;eau et l&rsquo;autre dans l&rsquo;huile ? Ainsi que des\u00a0exemples concrets de principes actifs et des facteurs qui influencent leur solubilit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette conf\u00e9rence peut int\u00e9resser ceux et celles qui sont passionn\u00e9s des plantes m\u00e9dicinales et qui pr\u00e9parent des infusions, des teintures, des vinaigres, des glyc\u00e9r\u00e9s ou encore des huiles de mac\u00e9rations. Ceci parce que&nbsp;<strong>le fer de l\u2019ortie est ch\u00e9lat\u00e9 avec des mol\u00e9cules solubles dans l\u2019eau<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En revanche, si l\u2019on souhaite utiliser l\u2019<strong>ortie pour contrer les allergies saisonni\u00e8res<\/strong>, la&nbsp;<strong>teinture<\/strong>&nbsp;est une option plus avantageuse. Ceci parce que les&nbsp;<strong>mol\u00e9cules antihistaminiques dans l\u2019ortie sont pr\u00e9f\u00e9rablement solubles dans l\u2019alcool<\/strong>. Une teinture d\u2019ortie prise plusieurs fois dans la journ\u00e9e sera donc plus concentr\u00e9e et efficace pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u2019est pour cette raison que je fournis des informations sur la phytochimie des plantes m\u00e9dicinales.
