Une fois ce \u201cmorceau\u201d retir\u00e9, la mol\u00e9cule devient plus facilement assimilable. Car la mol\u00e9cule active n\u2019arrive pas d\u2019un seul coup dans la circulation. Elle est plut\u00f4t lib\u00e9r\u00e9e progressivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sultat :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une action plus \u00e9tal\u00e9e dans le temps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une mont\u00e9e plus douce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et une meilleure tol\u00e9rance digestive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autrement dit\u2026ce n\u2019est pas seulement <em>ce que contient la plante<\/em> qui compte, mais aussi <em>ce que ton corps va en faire<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des plantes qu\u2019on conna\u00eet bien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On retrouve la salicine dans plusieurs plantes utilis\u00e9es depuis longtemps en herboristerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les <strong>saules<\/strong> (<em>Salix<\/em> spp.), probablement les plus connus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la <strong>reine-des-pr\u00e9s<\/strong> (<em>Filipendula ulmaria<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les <strong>peupliers<\/strong> (<em>Populus<\/em> spp.), surtout dans leurs bourgeons (lire mon article pour <a href=\"https:\/\/herbasimple.com\/blog\/utiliser-le-peuplier-baumier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Utiliser le peuplier baumier<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces plantes sont traditionnellement utilis\u00e9es pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>soulager la douleur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u00e9duire l\u2019inflammation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>faire baisser la fi\u00e8vre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On les retrouve souvent dans des contextes comme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>maux de t\u00eate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>douleurs articulaires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9tats grippaux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui est int\u00e9ressant, c\u2019est que m\u00eame si elles agissent sur des voies similaires \u00e0 certains m\u00e9dicaments\u2026elles ne le font pas de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et c\u2019est justement ce qu\u2019on va voir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi la plante agit diff\u00e9remment qu\u2019un m\u00e9dicament<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand on prend un m\u00e9dicament comme l\u2019aspirine, on consomme directement une forme active. <strong>Mais pas exactement la m\u00eame que dans la plante.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019aspirine contient de l\u2019<strong>acide ac\u00e9tylsalicylique<\/strong>, une version modifi\u00e9e (synth\u00e9tique) de la mol\u00e9cule naturelle. La mol\u00e9cule active doit \u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9e, puis transform\u00e9e par le corps avant d&rsquo;agir. \u00c7a change le rythme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce n\u2019est pas tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une plante ne contient jamais une seule mol\u00e9cule. Elle en contient plusieurs, qui interagissent entre elles. Certaines vont soutenir l\u2019action principale. D\u2019autres vont moduler la r\u00e9ponse du corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sultat : un effet diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas n\u00e9cessairement moins int\u00e9ressant\u2026<br>mais moins concentr\u00e9, et souvent mieux tol\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce que \u00e7a change concr\u00e8tement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas seulement une diff\u00e9rence th\u00e9orique. Dans la pratique, \u00e7a influence vraiment la fa\u00e7on dont le corps r\u00e9agit. Par exemple, avec des plantes riches en salicine (comme les saules, la reine-des-pr\u00e9s ou les peupliers), on observe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un soulagement de la douleur, de l\u2019inflammation et de la fi\u00e8vre, qui n\u00e9cessite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une prise r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e dans la journ\u00e9e pour \u00eatre maintenu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un effet plus doux sur la muqueuse digestive, avec un risque beaucoup plus faible d\u2019irritation gastrique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un effet anticoagulant n\u00e9gligeable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La quantit\u00e9 d\u2019acide salicylique obtenue \u00e0 partir d\u2019une plante est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement beaucoup plus faible que celle apport\u00e9e par un m\u00e9dicament\u2026<br>mais l\u2019effet de la plante ne repose pas uniquement sur cette mol\u00e9cule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, avec l\u2019aspirine :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l\u2019effet est plus rapide et plus marqu\u00e9 (ce n\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs pas un hasard si cette mol\u00e9cule a \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9e et modifi\u00e9e pour un usage pharmaceutique plus cibl\u00e9).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mais elle peut irriter la muqueuse de l\u2019estomac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et son action anticoagulante est suffisamment forte pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On ne compare donc pas seulement des quantit\u00e9s\u2026 mais des modes d\u2019action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet article fait suite \u00e0 : <a href=\"https:\/\/herbasimple.com\/blog\/pourquoi-les-plantes-ne-fonctionnent-pas-toujours\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pourquoi les plantes ne fonctionnent pas toujours<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un d\u00e9tail invisible\u2026 mais essentiel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qu\u2019on vient de voir avec la salicine, ce n\u2019est pas un cas isol\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est un principe tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent en phytochimie : certaines mol\u00e9cules sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 un ou plusieurs sucres. On les appelle des <strong>h\u00e9t\u00e9rosides<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et ce d\u00e9tail change la fa\u00e7on dont tu utilises la plante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la fa\u00e7on dont la mol\u00e9cule est extraite\u2026 et donc le <strong>choix de pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle elle est absorb\u00e9e&#8230; et donc la <strong>fr\u00e9quence de prise<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>son intensit\u00e9 et sa tol\u00e9rance&#8230; et donc les <strong>pr\u00e9cautions<\/strong> <strong>\u00e0 consid\u00e9rer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 C\u2019est aussi ce qui explique, en partie, <strong>pourquoi une tisane et une teinture ne donnent pas toujours le m\u00eame effet\u2026 m\u00eame avec la m\u00eame plante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et ce n\u2019est pas tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Comme on l\u2019a vu, ces transformations <strong>impliquent les enzymes digestives et le microbiote<\/strong>.
