Voici 5 raisons concr\u00e8tes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On peut dire phytochimie ou encore \u00ab chimie des plantes \u00bb, ce sont deux termes interchangeables, mais je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le premier parce qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;\u00e9crit en un mot&#8230; tout simplement!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors, la phytochimie, \u00e0 quoi \u00e7a sert au juste ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pr\u00e9fixe \u00ab phyto \u00bb fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux v\u00e9g\u00e9taux. Et le mot \u00ab chimie \u00bb, c&rsquo;est la science qui \u00e9tudie la composition de la mati\u00e8re. Elle met en images des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes invisibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je sais&#8230; le terme chimie est souvent associ\u00e9 aux produits chimiques toxiques, qu&rsquo;on n\u2019a pas en haute estime. Beaucoup causent des dommages \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement et aux \u00eatres vivants, alors on veut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les \u00e9viter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais rassure-toi, sur ce blogue, je ne vais pas te parler de produits \u00e9labor\u00e9s en laboratoire (sauf pour te dire quoi \u00e9viter), mais bien de mol\u00e9cules pr\u00e9par\u00e9es par la nature, par la plante elle-m\u00eame.
