On la r\u00e9colte avant que les feuilles ne s\u2019\u00e9panouissent trop, sinon elles seront d\u00e9gorg\u00e9es de leurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs. Certains oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments plus rares, comme le s\u00e9l\u00e9nium, sont tr\u00e8s peu abondants en surface alors c&rsquo;est seulement les racines qui plongent profond\u00e9ment dans le sol qui r\u00e9ussiront \u00e0 aller en chercher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La racine de pissenlit est riche en potassium, qui agit comme un diur\u00e9tique naturel, tout en maintenant l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre min\u00e9ral au niveau des reins. Cela peut aider les personnes qui ont tendance \u00e0 faire de la r\u00e9tention d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inuline<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La composition de la racine de pissenlit varie \u00e9norm\u00e9ment avec sa croissance. Au printemps, la racine est plut\u00f4t riche en D-fructose, dont la teneur peut atteindre 18&nbsp;%, ce qui lui donne un go\u00fbt plus sucr\u00e9. \u00c0 mesure que la saison avance, les mol\u00e9cules de D-fructose se regroupent et forment des structures d\u2019oligosaccharides que l\u2019on appelle inuline qui lui servent de r\u00e9serve d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Elle est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de l\u00e9cithine, c&rsquo;est un constituant de cette mol\u00e9cule. La choline diminue l&rsquo;accumulation des lipides dans le foie. C&rsquo;est aussi un pr\u00e9curseur de l&rsquo;ac\u00e9tylcholine, un neurotransmetteur responsable de la m\u00e9moire et de l&rsquo;apprentissage. Outre le pissenlit, on retrouve de la choline dans les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs, les viandes et le poisson, les l\u00e9gumineuses et les noix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u00e9cithine<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La l\u00e9cithine est un ensemble de compos\u00e9s de la famille des phosphoglyc\u00e9rides. Pour expliquer cela simplement, on pourrait dire que c\u2019est un type de savon. Les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, le soya et le tournesol sont d\u2019autres aliments qui en contiennent beaucoup. La l\u00e9cithine est une composante importante de la bile, elle \u00e9mulsifie les gras et permet \u00e0 nos enzymes d\u2019\u00eatre plus efficaces. Elle nous aide donc \u00e0 mieux dig\u00e9rer les lipides et contribue aux effets d\u00e9puratifs de la plante. D\u00e8s son entr\u00e9e dans la bouche, les r\u00e9cepteurs gustatifs d\u00e9tectant le go\u00fbt amer, stimulent la salivation et la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d&rsquo;enzymes digestives. Les lactones stimulent aussi la contraction de la v\u00e9sicule biliaire et le foie afin qu&rsquo;ils s\u00e9cr\u00e8tent de la bile. L&rsquo;augmentation de bile favorise une meilleure assimilation des nutriments et une diminution des inconforts tels que les ballonnements. Ils auraient \u00e9galement un effet pr\u00e9ventif au niveau des d\u00e9sordres du c\u00f4lon, en prot\u00e9geant les tissus de la muqueuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Extraction des principes actifs du pissenlit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Racines enti\u00e8res<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut savoir que la seule fa\u00e7on de profiter de tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9sents dans la racine de pissenlit est de la consommer en entier sous forme de capsules ou comme un l\u00e9gume. Ainsi, c&rsquo;est notre syst\u00e8me digestif qui s&rsquo;occupera d&rsquo;extraire chacun des principes actifs du mieux qu&rsquo;il peut. Cette fa\u00e7on de consommer le pissenlit permet un apport complet en principes actifs mais en quantit\u00e9s moins concentr\u00e9es, les effets th\u00e9rapeutiques seront donc moins apparents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Extraction dans l&rsquo;eau<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s commune de consommer la racine de pissenlit, est d&rsquo;en faire une d\u00e9coction. Pour cela, on va bouillir 30 ml de racines s\u00e9ch\u00e9es par 500 ml d&rsquo;eau pendant 10 minutes et laisser infuser 15 minutes.
