Parmi les mol\u00e9cules identifi\u00e9es comme phytoncides, on retrouve :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u03b1-pin\u00e8ne<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u03b2-pin\u00e8ne<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>limon\u00e8ne<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>camph\u00e8ne<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>myrc\u00e8ne<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>born\u00e9ol<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>cadin\u00e8ne<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1,8-cin\u00e9ole<\/strong> (eucalyptol)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces substances sont pr\u00e9sentes en grande quantit\u00e9 dans les <strong>conif\u00e8res (pin, sapin, c\u00e8dre, \u00e9pinette)<\/strong>, mais aussi dans certains feuillus et autres v\u00e9g\u00e9taux. Elles sont responsables, en partie, de l\u2019odeur caract\u00e9ristique de la for\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&rsquo;on ses prom\u00e8ne en for\u00eat, <strong>on inhale des phytoncides<\/strong>. Et, plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que ces mol\u00e9cules interagissent avec notre syst\u00e8me nerveux et immunitaire, apportant des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices mesurables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En quelque sorte, <strong>marcher en for\u00eat, c\u2019est b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une aromath\u00e9rapie naturelle<\/strong> offerte par les arbres.
