s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 ml (1\/3 de tasse) de <strong>pousses<\/strong> de <strong>brocolis<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 morceau de 1cm (environ 5 ml) de <strong>gingembre<\/strong> frais <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 morceau de 1cm (environ 5 ml) de <strong>curcuma<\/strong> frais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de graines de <strong>chia<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 <strong>banane<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml (1 tasse) de <strong>lait d&rsquo;amande<\/strong> non sucr\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 le tout au En plus de son contenu en <strong>chlorophylle<\/strong> et <strong>carot\u00e8nes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pousses de brocolis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les jeunes <strong>pousses de brocolis <\/strong>sont particuli\u00e8rement riches en <strong>glucosinolates<\/strong>, d\u00e9passant m\u00eame les taux pr\u00e9sents dans les l\u00e9gumes matures. Bien que la concentration puisse varier entre les germinations et les l\u00e9gumes, des \u00e9tudes montrent que les pousses de brocolis peuvent \u00eatre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 25 fois plus concentr\u00e9es en glucosinolates que le brocoli mature. Cela en fait un excellent choix pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;un petit plus de substances soufr\u00e9es, favorisant la production de <strong>glutathion<\/strong> et facilitant la <strong>phase 2<\/strong> de d\u00e9toxification du foie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gingembre et curcuma<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>gingembre et le curcuma<\/strong> travaillent merveilleusement bien ensemble. Cela est connu depuis bien longtemps dans la tradition ayurv\u00e9dique et cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9tude que je vous ai mis en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a montr\u00e9 un <strong>pic d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 synergique gingembre\/curcuma<\/strong> <strong>\u00e0 un ratio 7 pour 10<\/strong>. Pour obtenir cette concentration, vous pouvez utiliser 0,7 gramme de gingembre pour 1 gramme de curcuma. En passant, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e sur les <strong>plantes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/strong> et mises en <strong>poudre<\/strong>. Je reconnais que je ne suis pas certaine si le ratio de ma recette est optimal, car j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 les plantes fra\u00eeches que j&rsquo;avais sous la main. Elles fournissent 5 \u00e0 8% d&rsquo;acide gamma-linol\u00e9ique (<strong>AGL<\/strong>), un om\u00e9ga-6. Et, 15 \u00e0 17% d&rsquo;acide alpha-linol\u00e9nique (<strong>AAL<\/strong>), un om\u00e9ga-3. La graine est entour\u00e9e d&rsquo;une couche de polysaccharides (<strong>mucilages<\/strong>) qui gonfle au contact de l&rsquo;eau. Ces mucilages agissent comme des <strong>pr\u00e9biotiques<\/strong>, favorisant la croissance des lactobacilles, des bact\u00e9ries b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la digestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lait d&rsquo;amande<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>lait d&rsquo;amande<\/strong> contient plusieurs min\u00e9raux dont le <strong>magn\u00e9sium<\/strong>, des <strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>, et il contient environ 3% de <strong>lipides<\/strong>. Les lipides pr\u00e9sents dans le lait d&rsquo;amande peuvent faciliter l&rsquo;absorption des compos\u00e9s actifs pr\u00e9sents dans le curcuma et le gingembre, car leurs principes actifs sont <strong>liposolubles<\/strong> (solubles dans l&rsquo;huile).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Banane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>banane<\/strong> est utilis\u00e9e pour ajuster le go\u00fbt et la texture du m\u00e9lange.
